Directions to the International Service Centre
The IFES International Service Centre is situated on Blue Boar Street, at the heart of the city centre of Oxford.
By rail

From Oxford station it is a 15 minute walk to the office (see map).
You can also get a bus to the city centre from outside the railway station. Bus services 5 and 13 to the City Centre (ask for a ticket to St Aldate’s) will drop you a short walk away from the office. From Oxford Town Hall walk downhill (south) and turn left onto Blue Boar Street. The IFES International Service Centre is about 100m on the left.
By car
Park and Ride is the easiest way to get into Oxford by car. There are five Park and Ride sites located around Oxford's ring road, with regular bus services to the city centre. It is easy to use: simply park your car at a Park and Ride site and use a bus to get to your destination. Buses start from 6:00am and operate through to 11:30pm during weekdays and Saturdays.
Bus services 300 (from Pear Tree and Redbridge to St Aldate’s), 400 (from Seacourt and Thornhill to St Aldate’s), and 500 (from Water Eaton to Magdalen Street) will drop you a short walk away from the office.

By bus from London
The Oxford Tube and the Oxford Espress run between London and Oxford during the day and night. You can catch them from Victoria railway station, Victoria coach station, and other points in London.
If taking the Oxford Tube, ask for a ticket to St Aldate’s. If taking the Oxford Espress, ask for a ticket to High Street. Both services will drop you a short walk away from the office.
From High Street, walk west towards Carfax Tower, and turn left onto St Aldate’s.
From Oxford Town Hall (on St Aldate’s) walk downhill (south) and turn left onto Blue Boar Street. The IFES International Service Centre is about 100m on the left.
By bus from London airports
Oxford Bus Company runs a 24-hour service (the airline) to Oxford from Gatwick and Heathrow airports.
Coaches leave Heathrow from the central bus station (bay 14A) and from terminal 5 (bay 11). At Gatwick, coaches leave from both the north (Furlong Way) and south (stands 1 & 2 in the Inner Lane of the coach station of Gatwick South Terminal) terminal bus stations.
When you board, ask for a ticket to bus stop H5 on St Aldates Street, a short walk away from the office. On St Aldates Street, walk uphill (north) and turn right onto Blue Boar Street.
